The Daty.ai Pioneer Program is moving from community formation into city-level activation, with activity now expanding beyond Belgrade into five additional Serbian cities.

Daty.ai has entered the next phase of its Pioneer Program rollout as the company begins building the local infrastructure designed to support its future product launch.

Belgrade, selected as Daty.ai's Community Innovation Hub, is leading the rollout. Pioneer activity is now expanding beyond the capital, with five additional Serbian cities activated through the growing Pioneer network.

At the same time, the first Pioneer Hubs are entering the onboarding process in Belgrade, adding a physical layer to Daty.ai's digital community-building strategy.

This represents an important transition for the project: from building awareness around Daty.ai to testing how an organized local community can help prepare a city for product adoption.

Building the Market Before Launch

Daty.ai is taking a different approach to conventional consumer-app launches.

Rather than releasing the product broadly and relying predominantly on paid digital acquisition to create demand afterward, Daty.ai is building its early community and distribution infrastructure before and alongside the product.

The model is designed around a simple progression:

Pioneers → Pioneer Hubs → Pioneer Cities → Product Adoption

Pioneers introduce Daty.ai, invite early users, build local communities and help create awareness.

Pioneer Hubs provide recognizable physical locations where people can discover Daty.ai, connect with the community and participate in local activations.

Pioneer Cities concentrate these activities geographically, allowing Daty.ai to test market activation, onboarding, referrals, events and product adoption within defined environments.

The objective is to learn what creates sufficient local density for Daty.ai to grow efficiently — and then turn those lessons into a repeatable city activation model.

Serbia Becomes an Early Testing Ground

Belgrade plays a particularly important role in this strategy.

Its combination of an active Pioneer community, local relationships, venues, events and direct market access gives the Daty.ai team an environment in which it can rapidly test and refine the model.

The activation of five additional Serbian cities is the next step.

It allows Daty.ai to begin testing whether the Pioneer structure can expand beyond one metropolitan center while maintaining local engagement and community momentum.

This is important because Daty.ai's long-term ambition is not simply to build one successful launch city.

It is to develop a repeatable market-entry playbook.

From Community to Distribution

The Pioneer Program is therefore evolving beyond an early-adopter initiative.

It is being developed as part of Daty.ai's go-to-market infrastructure.

The intended flywheel is:

Awareness → Community → Waiting List → Local Activation → Product Adoption → Learning → New Cities

Each activated city can generate new users, feedback, local relationships and operating knowledge that can improve the next market launch.

The product is being built. Now the market around it is being built too.

As Daty.ai moves toward prototype rollout, the growing Pioneer network in Serbia provides an early real-world environment for testing one of the company's central go-to-market assumptions:

Can community, local presence and digital acquisition work together to create a more efficient path to product adoption?

Belgrade and the five newly activated Serbian cities will help Daty.ai begin answering that question.
